Centralized access to all your medical data
It is no longer possible for doctors to ignore all your medical data, or that of your loved ones. These data are necessary to make the correct diagnosis or determine the correct treatment. Our goal is clear, and we can only achieve it together. Share your story. They preceded you:
It can happen to you too
Developing an allergic reaction due to the wrong medications, getting sick due to inappropriate treatment, this can happen to you too. Indeed, just like 11.5 million other Belgians, you do not have a centralized medical file that can be consulted by hospitals, doctors and other health care providers and obviously by yourself.
